I’m Nicki Gamroth, an illustrator, graphic designer, community artist, and model from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
I’m drawn to playful forms, storytelling, and the niche nuances that make things one of a kind. Creative illustration has always been a natural form of communication for me, with the power to be experienced without constraint and to spark new feelings or thoughts. Life is full of familiar patterns, but we must add flourishes wherever we can.
Below are illustrations from my undergraduate years at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Although I have considered removing old work from my page many times, I can’t help but value them as the archives to my illustrative foundation.
This work was created in Procreate between 2018 and 2023. It stems from optimism, humor, and sincerity.
